Tuesday Practice

300 warm up

12 x 25 HD with 3 wall push ups
6 x 50 FLY down, 10 crunches, HD back
4 x 75 BK, BRST, FR
3 x 100 breathing 9, 7, 5, 3
2 x 150 kick:  50 dolphin
                      50 flutter
                      50 flutter on back
2 x 150 : 50 vertical EB
              50 vertical BRST kick
              50 vertical EB
3x100 : to half and back, then to wall to half and back, then to wall
4 x 75 : HU Back with EB
             EB with sculling
             HU Free
6 x 50 HU FLY with BRST kick down, 10 crunches, HU back
12 x 25 HU with 3 wall push ups

All on 10 secs rest.

BK = Backstroke, BRST = Breaststroke, EB = Eggbeater, FR = Freestyle, HD = Head down, HU = Head Up
