Tuesday Workout

Warm up 300 Choice

4 x 75 HD* (15 sec rest)
2 x 100 IM* (15 sec rest)
4 x 50 flutter feet in/flutter feet out (15 sec rest)
2 x 100 Polo IM* (15 sec rest)
4 x 50 EB/DBK
150 head down to half, head up to wall*
4 x 75 HD* (10 sec rest)
50 easy
Ab drill x 2 (leg swing 30 sec on; 30 sec hands out EB)
10 x 50 ball dribble (change up each 50)
Passing
100 Cool down

2500 yards

*focus on flip turns


DBK = Double Breaststroke Kick, EB = Egg beater, HD = Head down, HU = Head up
